[모집분야] Sales Manager
Role Overview
ㅇ The Sales Manager, reporting to Sales Director, SEA, will be responsible for building on current success and continuing to expand the sales performance in the territory assigned.
Key Responsibilities
ㅇ Achieving the annual order and sales budget for the territory and developing the existing and potential customer base to maximize order intake and sales for products in the assigned territory.
ㅇ Develop penetration strategies for key targets accounts in the assigned territory.
ㅇ Manage the daily sales operation well and work closely with internal departments to leverage the full values to support the customers.
ㅇ Support cross-border project opportunities and sales activities, include Korean EPC coverage.
ㅇ Monitor and communicate market trends, competitor dynamics in the territory in a timely manner. Develop and lead effective counterstrategies if applicable.
ㅇ Providing technical/engineering advice on products to design institutes and end-users so that our products are specified on customers` preferred vendor list.
ㅇ Engaging, identifying, motivating, and managing a well selected network of distributors to meet sales objectives.
ㅇ Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars where the company or product is presented and provide professional presentation or product demonstrations to customers.
ㅇ Assisting with regular business forecasting and annual budgeting.
ㅇ Formulating strategies and recommendations for the development of OEM customers and markets.
ㅇ Submitting regular sales reports on market trends and demands, Competition, new product applications, new business opportunities, etc.
ㅇ Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values.
Critical Competencies for Success
ㅇ Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales / Commercial Operations, focusing on Instrumentation segment (upstream/downstream), petrochemical, and power industries.
ㅇ Proven track records in managing distributors. Good leadership skills to lead distributor through change. Experience with Korean valve OEM and EPC will be an advantage.
ㅇ Technical knowledge. Candidate with prior experience in pneumatic, hydraulic and instrumentation controls fields will be preferred.
ㅇ Strong hunter instinct and strong track record of sales achievement in Instrumentation segment.
ㅇ Good sense of business acumen. Ability to sell through various strategies, e.g., value proposition, portfolio selling, technical solution and strong customer relationships.
ㅇ Discipline and self-motivator. Must be able to work under pressure to plan and execute strategies with minimum guidance.
ㅇ Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
