ㆍ 내외부 파트너링 및 커뮤니케이션
ㆍ 제품, 시장, 사업조건을 포함한 사업계획서 작성 및 계약 체결
ㆍ 국내외 파이프라인 개발 및 라이센싱 아웃

2) Open Innovation
ㆍ 신규 프로젝트(공동연구/개발) 기회 발굴
ㆍ 신규 프로젝트 기획, 검토, 계약 체결 업무

3) Strategic Investment
ㆍ 시장 분석: 관련 시장, 경쟁업체, R&D 트렌드 등 분석
ㆍ 전략적 투자: 전략 수립

우대사항ㆍ제약 및 바이오 기업체 BD 경력
ㆍ생명과학, 화학, 약학, 의학, 생명공학 등 관련 분야 전공자 석사 이상



Responsibilities:
1) Communication
ㆍEngage in internal and external partnering and communication
ㆍPrepare business plans, including product, market, and business conditions, and conclude contracts
ㆍDevelop domestic and international pipelines and pursue out-licensing opportunities

2) Open Innovation
ㆍIdentify new project opportunities (research collaboration/development)
ㆍPlan, review, and conclude contracts for new projects

3) Strategic Investment
ㆍMarket analysis: Analyze the market, competitive landscape, and R&D trends
ㆍStrategic investment: Develop strategies

Job description:
ㆍBe the primary point of contact and build relationships with current and prospective partners
ㆍBuild out and design business strategy for licensing technology and collaborative development
ㆍPrepare and present corporate decks to public, investors, and business partners
ㆍCoordinate communication between researchers, consultants, and other stakeholders to drive technology development
ㆍProvide regular updates and reports to upper management
ㆍRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and other meetings to expand our network and visibility within the life science community
ㆍHandle a multi-faceted role in building relationships, networking, and contributing to overall company growth
ㆍPerform additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:
ㆍA clear understanding of both science and business, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field
ㆍExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
ㆍProven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners
ㆍAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
ㆍHighly motivated, driven, and eager to learn
ㆍAdaptable and flexible
ㆍWillingness to travel as required
ㆍFluency in English (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:
ㆍBusiness development experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies
ㆍMaster's degree or higher in life sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, bioengineering, or related fields
