Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years of construction or facility management experience with one additional year of supervisory experience are required.   

LANGUAGE:  
Level III (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Level IV (Fluent) speaking/Reading/Writing Korean is required.  Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take an English language test unless official English language test scores (TOEIC scores of at least 785/ TOEFL scores of at least 72) are submitted with application. 
 
 
Licensing/Certifications/Training: Must hold a National Technical Qualification in one of the Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture engineering, and Civil is required.(전기, 기계(HVAC포함), 건축, 토목 관련 국가 자격증 보유자)  A valid local driver's license (Level II) is required.  Must have had a valid driver’s license for a minimum five (5) years.
