Key Responsibilities:

• Digital RTL Design: Develop and implement digital RTL designs for microcontroller units (MCUs).
• Mass-Production Projects: Lead and participate in mass-production projects, ensuring seamless transition from design to manufacturing.
• Verification and Testing: Perform verification and validation of digital designs, including simulation and debugging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and testing engineers to ensure product quality and performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, specifications, and reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in design processes and methodologies.

Key Requirements

• Educational Background: 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital RTL design, with a strong emphasis on mass-production experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in RTL design using Verilog/VHDL.
  • Experience with digital design tools and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and mass-production techniques.
  • Experience in ASIC design and verification.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence).
• Soft Skills: 
  Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
• (Preferred) Experience with MCU architecture and design.
• (Preferred) PM exp, proven track record of leading projects from conception to mass production.
