Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Automotive Hardware Engineering to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management.

This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing and directing engineering teams, developing and implementing hardware development projects, and establishing technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• ㆍLead and manage a team of engineers specializing in electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management.
• ㆍOversee the development and implementation of hardware projects from conception to mass production.
• ㆍEstablish and maintain technology roadmaps, providing strategic direction to meet company goals.
• ㆍFoster the professional growth and development of team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• ㆍStay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of automotive hardware engineering.

Key Requirements

• ㆍMaster’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• ㆍ15+ years of experience in hardware development for automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• ㆍProven expertise in electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management.
• ㆍExceptional leadership and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

우대사항

• ㆍExperience in automotive electrical/electronic systems development.
• ㆍProven project management experience.
• ㆍExperience with patent processes and intellectual property management.
• ㆍInternational work experience, with a proven ability to operate in diverse cultural environments.
