1. 기업정보

2. 모집부문

AM(After-Market) Sales / Engineer, Sales(CTS 부서, CT 팀)

3. PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

• Maximize the sale of parts and service solutions.

• Develop new customers, promote company products & solution and achieve sales revenue for own territory.

4. Role & Responsibilities

•Proper co-ordination/ synergy with product sale & operation team to execute received orders

• Cooperate with internal sales closely to collect customer needs and follow up the customers.

• Day to day interaction with customers to develop the business in your area.

• Keep a track of customer investments well in advance for customer & buildour contracts

& others service products around it.

• Meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through proactive sales.

• Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition.

• Report to the sales managers on activity, effectiveness is a must.

• Follow up lead process to develop opportunities through the C4C.

• Perform SWOT analysis for small machine market, collect information about competition,

potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.

• Must be able to manage the entire sales process and have technical knowledge of the compressed air system.

5. Experience requirements

[Experience/Education]

• More than 4 years experiences in after-market sales

• University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent

[Knowledge/Skill]

• Good English in both spoken and written

• A good understanding of the sales process in Industrial Products and sales career with

technical background and desire to build long term relations with customers and develop the territory.

• Willing to travel

• Prefer having compressed air knowledge.

• Must be able to work independently and as a team player

• Strong customer focused and deeply determined

• Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets

• Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability

• Excellent interpersonal skills
