Global Operations Manager

[Key Responsibilities]

As an Operation Manager at Hopae, you will play a vital role in optimizing internal operations and facilitating efficient collaboration across our global team.

1. Manage the team's administrative and financial tasks, ensuring compliance, regulations and best practices.
2. Support team members in focusing on their core responsibilities and achieving optimal performance by minimizing unnecessary operational distractions.
3. Establish and maintain efficient operational processes, fostering a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing.
4. Assist in managing legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Adapt HR practices to comply with laws and regulations while maintaining consistency with Hopae's internal policies and values.

[Selection Process]

1. The selection process consists of a document screening, a first interview (technical), and a second interview (culture fit). Interviews can be conducted face-to-face or remotely.
2. Within 3 days of the second interview, you will receive either an offer letter or a notification of non-selection.
3. After the first or second interview, you may be given a small assignment, depending on the circumstances.

[Qualifications]

1. Experience or understanding of startup operations, management support, finance, or general affairs.
2. Strong language skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and partners.
3. Ability to communicate in a well-organized and visible manner, both in writing and verbally (e.g., Notion, Slack, E-Mail), across different time zones and cultures.
4. Ability to work independently based on asynchronous communication and non-direct orders while collaborating with international colleagues.
5. Willingness to travel abroad for work when required.

[Preferred Qualifications]

1. Experience in performing accounting audits
2. Experience in financial IR, with an understanding of each industry's market and implications
3. General understanding of ICT technology and its application across different markets
4. Experience in starting and operating a business (including sole proprietorship), with an awareness of international considerations
5. Diverse part-time job, internship or general life experiences and achievements that demonstrate adaptability and cross-cultural competence
6. Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape
