A global real estate organisation is searching for a 부동산 매입매각/임대차인대자문. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding client's capabilities in sales advisory services within the data centre market.

Responsibilities:

• Expand the capability of sales advisory services in the data centre market
• Serve immediate investor’s development and acquisition or disposition needs
• Apply comprehensive knowledge and well-developed specialised expertise when developing deals
• Uncover the potential needs of developers, investors, and occupiers through effective sales skills
• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base
• Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments
• Maintain accurate and updated information in company databases
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the data centre sector (operation, buy & sell, etc.) is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Ability to work with teams
