- Identify innovative and novel formats/technologies from Korea based OEMs/ODMs and ingredient suppliers to infuse company's global/regional R&D innovation product pipeline with cutting edge technologies utilized in Korean products.

- Define local consumer needs and market trends through tech watch (launched products' technology analysis, trending and arising ingredients and claims, patents, scientific research papers), as well as explore technological innovations to identify opportunities that will inspire and guide our Brands' strategic direction.

- Possess knowledge and expertise in cosmetic claims substantiation and Korean cosmetic regulations to analyze and derive insights for product storytelling related to communicated claims and ingredients, as well as to conduct assessment of competitor’s products in terms of ingredients and claims.

-  Collaborate with Global/Regional R&D and Marketing teams to integrate insights from Korea into business strategies and present findings in a clear and compelling manner to internal stakeholders and key decision makers/senior leadership.
