General Ledger

모집부문 및 상세내용

General ledger & Tax

ㆍSupervise and coordinate the timely and accurate recording of general ledger entries, including month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with local/international accounting standards.
  • ㆍReview tax transaction such as reclass Korea non-deductible tax.
  • ㆍPrepare report for console team for month close and review data flow between SAP and HFM.
  • ㆍLiaise with internal customers, both local and shared service teams, to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
  • ㆍCheck Cost variance (Standard vs Actual) for healthcare biz.
  • ㆍCheck Consignment stock management.
  • ㆍInventories reclass after verifying with OtC team.
  • ㆍPrepare management Report. (PNL)
  • ㆍReview and submit Output and Input VAT application.
  • ㆍAssist in internal/external audits and corporate tax return filling.
Process improvement and system management
ㆍEnsure vender information in master data are maintained accurately and compliant with policies and procedures.
  • ㆍPerform periodic reviews of vender master data and follow up to resolve issues identified.
  • ㆍEnhance processes related to Vender Master data.

Others
ㆍManage forward contracts.
  • ㆍPrepare cash flow report by weekly.
  • ㆍPrepare and manage IC loans and monitor local loan applications.
  • ㆍLead or support ad-hoc analysis and projects upon request.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • ㆍ5~8 years post educational experience in Finance/Accounting
  • ㆍStrong knowledge in Accounting and Tax
  • ㆍStrong communication and teamwork skills
  • ㆍGood command of English communication (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
  • ㆍGood understanding of KGAAP and IFRS required.
  • ㆍGood command of Excel/ERP system handling
  • ㆍExperience in project management.
