[담당업무]
- Own, manage and be responsible for receiving, strategizing and assembling responses to RFP’s
- Ensure pipeline management and revenue forecasting tools are updated regularly and accurately. To include accurate revenue projections and prospect close out-plans
- Participate regular Business Development meetings with all BD’s and WD relevant stakeholders.
- Understand the market activity and trends, and feedback to the wider JLL PDS team ? utilise market and commercial knowledge to advise and develop business and sales strategies
- Develop and own initiatives to increase sales success rate and market share
- Pursuit lead and run the prospecting, solutioning and the RFP with end-to-end sales cycle by working closely with PM / D&B team
- Solutioning ? Follow up with client on pursuit status, navigate the market intelligence and communicate with local stakeholder and regional team in mapping out the strategy on pitch : ‘ how to win.’
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Pricing strategies and commercial negotiations
- PDS Korea P&L owner and achieve sales target and growth
- Being the owner on Sales tool i.e OVAL and DFFS entry with the accessibility to Power BI / Salesforce tool to manage the financing on P&L
- Expand client sector including domestic corporation
- Upselling WD annuity product i.e FM, ESS which can potential convert to an account client
[자격요건]
- More than 7 years of relevant commercial office design or marketing/sales of project management or facility management required.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or design related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and IT fluency.
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to manage complete projects, relationships and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle change and uncertainty.
- Strong pitching and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer and applications for various tasks.
- Comfortable working to company set annual revenue targets.
