[외국계 소비재 기업] Marcom Team Leader

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
- Maximize brand exposure across communication channels by enhancing consumer experience and engagement
- Develop and implement IMC campaigns that align with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns including TVC, digital, events and more.
- Produce high-quality marketing assets and content (web pages, videos, etc.) with Go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute paid media; Naver, Kakao, YouTube, social media, retargeting programmatic media, etc.
- Manage social media, and SEO strategically.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product managers), external partners, and global teams.
- Agency communication and control.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics and analytics tools.
- Keep reports weekly/monthly/advertising and campaign results and use insight to improve future strategies.
- Manage ATL and BTL budget.
- Responsible for Corporate & brand PR including PPL and influencer MKT.
- In charge of In-store branding (VMD, Product POSM) with team.
- Manage consumer feedback and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and drive innovation with emerging marketing technologies.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:

University degree (4 years) with +10yrs of related marketing experiences
Experiences in IMC campaigns focused on TVC, digital campaigns and PR
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong agency & team management skills
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Positive and initiative on business

-근무시간 : 주5일 // 9시~18시
