[무역/지사장] Country Manager

A global textile manufacturer is searching for a Country Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for defining commercial plans and setting annual budgets, business plans, and objectives to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Control and analyse costs and risks, proposing solutions or new actions to management and finance
• Drive and monitor the development of consistent business and commercial strategies
• Plan, structure, and manage the commercial team to serve company goals
• Define and monitor customer-centricity policy to ensure world-class customer service
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of products and services
• Organise and lead sales team, technical sales managers, sales administration and domestic marketing analysts
• Establish standard operating procedures for local manufacturing facilities

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in a business or finance-related field
• Degree from a school of textile or chemical engineering is strongly preferred
• More than 10 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of textile technology (knitting and coating)
