[모집분야] Retail Silhouette Trainer



[주요업무]

This person is responsible to execute/ monitor all trainings and follow up on measures of training initiatives/workshops in the country.

- Develop and maintain the highest possible level of service experience and product knowledge from collection
- Guarantee vision regard to the retail excellence
- Execute/ Monitor all trainings related to RTW and follow up on measures of training initiatives/workshops in the region
- Work closely with Retail Managers, Store Managers, and merchandising team to collect feedback on trainings and improve specific needs on fashion trends and styling methodology
- Support the team to collaborate with the Head of International Retail Training based in Paris as well as HR and Retail team to develop new training projects and monitor modules already deployed
- Monitor Mystery Shopping Result and drive the following up actions based on the result
- Drive retail performance, consistency, and execution with a boost in a retail mindset through training initiatives



[자격요건]

- Demonstrated 4+ years` experience of retail- ideally in Fashion Retail
- Must be able to understand and communicate fashion styling elements based on brand and silhouette
- Solid experience in creating, delivering, and implementing various trainings, especially for RTW
- Strong communication, presentations skills as well as coaching skills to maintain high levels of customer and retail centricity by understanding and studying our client base unique to each store
- Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) as well as advanced MS Office skills and experience of e-learnings
