[리테일/고객관리] Customer Service Specialist

A multinational audio products manufacturer is searching for a Customer Service Specialist. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and claims both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

• Report and upload product quality issues to Quality Services
• Collect and analyse customer service performance data
• Order parts through the website platform and manage parts inventory
• Lead outsourced service agents
• Handle monthly product disposal tasks
• Ensure safety certification for new model launches
• Controlling expenditure and service costs within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (electrical or industrial is preferred)
• More than 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tool
• Familiarity with the latest technology trends and applications
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in English
