Trade Marketing Manager, Korea
[Roles & Responsibilities]
▪ Business Insight Development
- Analyze, report, and share the performance metrics related to the industry, channel &
customer, shopper, and category competitors for sustainable business growth.
- Identify business opportunities based on strong market insights.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to mitigate business risks.
- Update on-trade outlet segmentation accordingly.
- Read the market trend through not only the data/report analysis but also regular field visits(‘gemba’ spirit)
▪ In-venue & In-store Activation (incl. Promotions) Planning, Execution, Review, and Implicate the Key Learnings
▪ Internal Process Innovation
▪ Brand Ambassador Management
▪ Others
- Develop trade marketing junior talent continuously.
- Liaise with Brand and Sales Managers to drive the best synergy in between, ensuring all strategies and investments are in full
alignment.
- Develop the right POS materials that drive increased product off-takes and brand awareness.
- Manage the budget (Trade Marketing BI) efficiently to allocate the limited resources in the most efficient way
[Qualifications & Experience]
▪ 10-15 years of experiences in FMCG Trade Marketing or Sales
▪ Team player spirit: Team rather than individual
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Fluent level of English proficiency required for both written and verbal communication.
[Relationships]
▪ Reports to: Head of Marketing
▪ 2 Direct reports: On & Off-channel trade marketing executives
▪ Most frequent contacts: Sales team and brand managers.
▪ Collaboration: Close involvement with all business functions including SCM operations, Finance, HR.
▪ Various external agencies
