주요업무
This position will serve as Senior QA specialist / QA specialist at Cook Medical Korea and have responsibilities for managing quality assurance system throughout the imported products based on local regulations and local/global internal procedure.

The position reports to Global QA Director and primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
• Support, maintain, and further enhance Quality Assurance Operations as related to product quality and overall compliance within the context of a virtual sponsor/business partner environment. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:   
◦ Internal and external audit support  
◦ Third party and regulatory inspection participation and support  
◦ Authoring, review and approval of documents including, but not limited to, internal procedures, vendor documents, validation data, employee training record, calibration record, non-conformances/deviations, root cause analysis, change controls, gap analysis, etc
 
Perform change management activities   
◦ Documentation and update of Device master files  
◦ Data trending and metrics monitoring   
◦ Setup annual quality related training plan
 • Reporting Product Complaints and manage, facilitate, and participate in Product Complaint investigations, Monthly/Annual Product Complaint Review, as needed.  
• Assist and collaborate with other departments, including but not limited to Divisions, CSD, Manufacturers, Quality Control, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs to ensure continued compliance, product quality, and patient safety.  
• Conduct employee training on related SOP/DOP and maintain the training records.  
• Report and manage Adverse events(both local & overseas) to MFDS and Cook manufacturers, communication with Divisions.  
• Report and manage Recalls & Safety notice, and communicate with internal stakeholders including Management team, Divisions, SCM, CS, etc.  
• Manage Stop-shipments/product holds (restrict & release)  
• Korean addendum label and IFU management(including e-IFU if available)  
• Periodic visit to Warehouse(at least once a month) and review/monitor their daily activities  
• Conduct inspection on 3rd parties including distributors, stockist, etc if necessary  
• Participate periodic internal Quality group meeting/call(weekly, biweekly, monthly)  
• Support technical transfer of product information from manufacturers, ensuring quality is maintained throughout supply chain  
• Ensuring Cook Korea is inspection ready at all times  
• Understand and be able to apply regulatory requirements within distribution ans warehousing environment
 
Tasks
• Assist RA team in activities that facilitate preparation of KGMP and/or other internal/external audits in Cook Korea. 
• Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives in line with Korean regulatory requirements and other relevant regulatory requirements relevant to sales of Cook products 
• Contributes to the strategic direction of the organization by participating in management meetings locally and internationally and recommends solutions/ improvements with regards to quality 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to all quality issues 
• Liaise with all departments within Cook Korea and Cook companies worldwide to ensure information flow and understanding of current processes 
• Disseminate quality assurance trends and information to key Cook Korea staff, as well as global team, to ensure the organization is up to date with current quality requirements 
• Coordinate activities to direct, control and maintain the company’s Quality Management System accreditations.  
• Ensure adequate compromise between business and quality focus 
• Provide support to RA department in working with government authorities in regards to quality issue, as needed.  
• Coordination management review 
• Participate in international calls
 
Authority
• Serve as Management Representative  
• Host external audits 
• Initiate corrective actions and preventive actions if necessary 
• Manage internal audits 
• Take necessary actions to maintain and improve the current quality system 
• Put finished products on hold  
• Perform investigation, as needed  
• Perform product release as required

지원자격
• QA experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry (QA experience at Multinational companies preferred) 
• Qualification of Quality Representative required by Medical Device Act must be satisfied. 
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent English skill both speaking and writing
• Willingness to improve job related knowledge throughout constant self-study on local/overseas regulation and active participation to industry activities
• Organized, good management and planning skills 
• Ability to work closely with people at all levels 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strategic thinker with excellent time management skills 
• Self-motivating 
• 5-7 year QA Working experience in foreign medical device/pharmaceutical companies
