■ Key tasks and responsibilities
• As a mechanical expert on the R&D platform, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the positive development of high-performance equipment.
• Through in-depth research and innovative design, you will develop self-developed dry pump equipment with high strength and long life that is comparable to the industry leaders.
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote the entire process of equipment from concept to market.
• Product Innovative Design: Responsible for the mechanical design and innovation of new products, ensuring that products meet high-performance standards.
• Technical Research: Keep track of and research the latest industry technology trends to provide technical support for product development.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize product performance through mechanical design to enhance the strength and lifespan of the product.
• Industry Benchmarking: Analyze the product design of industry-leading companies, benchmark, and ensure that our products are competitive.
• Team Collaboration: Cooperate with R&D team members, share professional knowledge, and jointly promote project progress.
• Technical Documentation Writing: Write technical documents and design specifications to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Project Management: Participate in project management to ensure that R&D projects are completed on time and with quality.


■ Qualification requirements
• Educational Background: A Ph.D. in Mathematics, Fluid Mechanics, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional Experience: Rich experience in mechanical design and R&D in the field of dry vacuum pumps, aero-engines, and other high-precision equipment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in the principles of mechanical design, familiar with mechanical processing, material science, and mechanical analysis.
• Software Skills: Proficient in CAD/CAM/CAE design and simulation software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, etc.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of extracting key information from design and testing.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with team members.

■ Working hours
• 09:00 ~ 18:00 │ 월 ~ 금 (변동될 수 있음)

• 희망연봉을 기준으로 협의
