SCM Manager

[Mission]
• Supply chain manager will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, demand/forecasting, production planning, material requirements planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics and inventory control.
• Performing procurement based on customer volume at economic order quantity, at best Logistics cost and at right time. Ensuring quantitative customer requirements are delivered on time. Controlling production to ensure targeted inventory levels of raw materials, components, WIP & FG are maintained.
• Manages the supply base to answer proactively to the plant needs taking all criteria of performance into account.
• Manages if any the crisis with the suppliers

[Activities]

Safety, Compliance
• Ensure 6 non-negotiables and safety rules are strictly respected in the plant supply chain team.
• Encourage safety activities within supply base including enforcement of PO 6 non-negotiables.
• Respect and apply the Global Purchasing procedures.
• Build and share the reporting of his activities.
• Lead regular reporting of Supply Chain performance for his/her plant.
• Promote low carbon solutions for the complete supply chain scope of his/her plant.

Deliveries & inventory management
• Manage and assure on time delivery to customers.
• Define transport companies panel in line with Division pre-requisite ; able to manage end to end process including customs.
• Lead transport spot RFQ to provide a competitive spend and service level
• Expert on Dangerous goods South Korean legislation in terms of Road transport. Lead rules implementation at plant level to be compliant with this specific legislation.
• Create packaging specification and select packaging suppliers to address appropriate packaging to project and serial life products.
• Lead and analyze logistical flows and performance to monitor continuous improvement. Improvements to be tracked and reported at Division and Group level (WAVE)
• Monitor Raw material/components purchasing planning
• Lead production planning.
• Manage logistic warehouse and implement continuous improvement mindset.
• Inventory monitoring using SAP interface – source of proposal to optimize inventory level.
• Define the local logistics rules for its entity, in line with the Group rules and strategies

Programs support
• Support and assist Engineering department on packing design and improvement.
• Support Program for components and materials deliveries during development phase.
• Track inventory on parts dedicated to projects

Processes
• Lead the process Supply Chain (9920) and work to meet the targets on customer delivery rate 100%,
• Transport spend integrating inbound, outbound, transport categories and premium.,
• Inventory accuracy : manage a robust Cycle count process (compliance, system accuracy, Absolute and Net adjustments, days on hand),
• Lead dedicated logistic structure and layout in our internal warehouse
• Lead external dedicated logistic structure as Warehouse & SILS costs,
• Make sure the MRO procedure fully respected in the plant. => part of Plant Manager scope
• Logistic devices cost control : device’s maintenance / logistic equipment
• Key user on SAP supply chain topics
• Key user on RFQ transport tool
• Leader on Supply chain budget recommendations

Management
• Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution.
• Setting Department and Quality objectives for the team.

[Requirement]
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain area in a manufacturing industry environment (preferably in the automotive sector)
- Driving license mandatory
- Master in SAP
- Be professional on planning, warehousing management, import and export management and excellent skills in Pack Office and SAP
- Ability to create and manage processes and procedures within the department.
- Ability to track financial metrics and report accordingly.
- Strong negotiator.
- Excellent understanding of automotive requirements
- Fluency in foreign language(s) business level, English is a Must
- Strong organizational skills and prioritize tasks to meet department objectives with timely manner.
- Have to understand the impact of his/her activities on the company objectives (services & products) and understand the potential risks for Plastic Omnium of a non-compliance to its customer.
