[About the role]
As a Head of Product Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the product's trajectory, emphasizing a strategic focus on multi-modal prototyping and software-hardware integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, define project scopes, and execute product strategies aligning with user and business needs. This role demands strong analytical skills, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and effective communication.

[Responsibilities]
1. Define Product Vision:
- Articulate a clear vision aligning user and business problems
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with users, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize needs
- Define, align, and execute problem definition, solutions, and feedback loop
3. Prioritize Requirements:
- Prioritize features using data-driven and research-based insights
4. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Request data implementation and tagging for tracking event data
- Conduct data analysis, extract insights, and provide conclusions with visualizations
5. User Research and Market Awareness:
- Conduct frequent user research to delve deeper into problems
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry best practices


자격요건
- Computer science major or 10+ years in product management, co-founder, or related technical role
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Experience with one or more of the following: SaaS, mobile app, enterprise software, software-hardware integrated product, 3D, productivity tools


우대사항
- 3+ years of team management and direct reports
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Experience managing day-to-day product direction
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
- Basic understanding of SQL to query user data
- Active participation in PMO (Project Management Office) practice development
- CAPM, PMP preferred but not required
