[담당업무]
Develop and execution of OTC product marketing strategies and action plans to meet objectives.

[WORKING CONDITIONS]
Location : Head Office (Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Korea)
Employment type : Permanent
Working hours : 09:00-18:00, Mon to Fri (Work from home 2 days a week)


[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
Develop and lead new marketing programs and new product business effectively with engagement of the *** sales and internal & external cross functional team.
Implement strategies and promotional action plans of brands to achieve performance goal especially focusing on pharmacy and related healthcare and Trade channel (On & offline)
Develop and enhance key customer relationships and partnerships (HCPs, clients, consumer for market development and finding new commercial business opportunities)
Work closely with ZPT sales team to ensure clear understanding of marketing programs.
Work closely with regional marketing team and global client to manage brand.
Lead marketing strategic and tactic and implementation in 360-degree touch point consumer marketing channels including TVC, Digital, OOH, PR, and pharmacy channel.
Analyze both market data (IQVIA) and internal data to define the sales forecasts & demand plan.
Measure marketing campaigns with data-driven analysis and insights via KPI dashboards.
Support/guide OTC PM as team manager to meet the objectives.
Ensure all promotional activities are fully compliant.

[자격요건]
Education : Bachelor’s degree or above
Language : Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
Experience : +5 years of experience in OTC product marketing. Anti-fungal category experience is preferred. Experience in IMC including TVC, Digital, PR and BTL.
Others : Ability to work in a complex environment, Sense of urgency in executing tasks and responsibilities.

[KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT]

Good knowledge and understanding of Pharma OTC and Trade marketing business.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with strategic thinking abilities.
Possesses a proven command of classic marketing disciplines and trade marketing.
Continuously and proactively driving customer satisfaction and demand.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
