모집부문 ㆍQuality Assurance Manager
JOB
DEscriptION		 ㆍResponsible for leading Quality Assuarnace and Quality Management affairs
   to comply with KOLAS ISO-17025 for the sector of environment and food testing.
ㆍReview and evaluate validity and justification to adopt other quality standards   
   required by business nature or by relevant governmental bodies.
ㆍClose and active collaboration with stakeholders of leaders, managers of Business
   Units to drive the sustainable improvement cycle on business and operations.
ㆍEnhancement and implement of Quality Management System with its affiliated
   documents of Procedures and Work Instruction to elaborate quality designs
   based on KOLAS for Food and Environment testing business.
ㆍEstablish processes for effective management of all tangible or intangible assets to
   comply with quality standards and client specifications.
ㆍManage and drive QA/QM schedule to support relevant businesses and
   operations.
ㆍDesign and deployment of quality assurance programs to meet expectations
   from key client accounts that the company focuses on.
ㆍAlign and improve organizational quality in the perspective of Health, Safety and
   Environment to pursue organization engagement by providing professional
   advice and support on, under group policies.
ㆍPerform investigation, analysis and leading meetings for findings and root cause
   analysis of insufficiency or non-conformity. And control internal CAR
   process to improve work and service quality.
ㆍSupport top management on management reviews.
REQUIREMENT ㆍBachelor's degree or above.
ㆍProven track and abundant knowledge on lab
   quality management system in terms of ISO-17025.
ㆍWorking knowledge to understand the industrial language of scientific testing
   of environmental & food sector in QA/QM point of view.
ㆍProject management experience.
ㆍMultinational company experience is preferred.
ㆍMindsets of self-motivation, understanding of inside or outside customer’s voice,
   team-spirits are mandatory.
ㆍUnderstanding on other quality management standards would be plus.
근무조건
ㆍ근무형태 : 정규직(수습기간)-3개월
ㆍ근무일시 : 주 5일(월~금) 09:00~18:00 (야근시 야근수당 지급)
ㆍ근무지역 : (15849) 경기 군포시 산본로101번길 13(당정동) - 서울 1호선 군포에서 800m 이내
