Global MNC is looking for a candidate who experienced in cost accounting


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate, consistent, and timely analysis and reporting. Manage operational accounting to ensure transaction timeliness, standard costing accuracy, inventory management etc. Ensure timely completion of month end, quarter end and year end close with high quality. (40%)
- Actively participate in annual plan and quarterly forecast processes. Timely complete budget and forecast with high quality. Coordinate with local management team on target execution and operational excellences initiatives. (25%)
- Work with local management team to facilitate effective business decisions and provide financial analysis. Support operation initiatives and projects. Provide latest estimate to regional finance, closely track BU financial performance, and propose professional suggestions. (15%)
- Lead local finance team and provide adequate support on financial accounting & reporting. Ensure all the tasks can be completed on time with good quality, such as AR/AP, FA, treasury, tax, etc. (10%)
- Support both external and internal audit requests. (10%)


Key Requirements:

- BS and above in Accounting / Finance / BA
- 5+ years related working experience in large multi-plant manufacturing companies, including 1+ years with supervisor cost accounting responsibilities.
- Solid understanding and experience in standard costing and financial planning & analysis
- Good command of English
- Experience of Peoplesoft / Hyperion / SAP / Douzon is preferred
