1. Cargo Sales Officer/Agent

JOB SUMMARY
The role is part of Singapore Airlines, Cargo Division and is responsible for cargo sales with to plan, direct and control the selling and market activities to increase performance to achieve target. Understand our customer’s needs and provide solution to meet their expectation. Responsible for customer relations management and industry by performing various activities and seamless care before and after sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Prior experience and/or keen understanding of cargo sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• IT savvy
• Able to multi-task and respond quickly and effectively to the challenges faced in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive energy and attitude
• Team player and able to work effectively in a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Cargo Sales
2) Accountabilities
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve target
• Pave bonded relationships with our customers to improve market presence
• Identify and excavate new customers and new product to optimize performance
• Analyse internal data source and external market intelligence and provide appropriate sales scheme and tools to improve sales
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth handling of cargo


2. Cargo Sales Administration Officer/Agent

JOB SUMMARY
The role is part of Singapore Airlines, Cargo Division and is responsible for provide exceptional customer service support our team to achieve target and enhance customer service and administrative works across the overall cargo sales and revenue accounting. The ideal candidate would have experience in a cargo admin and sales position in the Airfreight industry and is experienced in handling Cargo reservation and admin.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Prior experience and/or keen understanding of cargo sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• IT savvy
• Able to multi-task and respond quickly and effectively to the challenges faced in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive energy and attitude
• Team player and able to work effectively in a team
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant accounting insight, report and screening

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Cargo Sales Administration
2) Accountabilities
• Perform cargo revenue accounting across before and after sales
• Understand overall workflow of cargo revenue accounting for audit and correction
• Maintain close coordination between HO and overseas station
• Quality control of revenue accounting by observing overall process and understand SOP
• Control and manage CASS settlement system
