글로벌 유명 커튼월 기업의 한국 Project Manager를 찾고 있습니다. 한국내 지사설립을 추친 중에 있으며 근무지(사무실)는 아직 미정입니다.

[모집분야] Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop tender budgets into working budgets and manage them for all activities for the duration of the project.
• Prepare, agree and manage overall program based on the contract program coordinated with all internal and external parties; manage a detailed procurement program.
• Responsible for the overall construction of interior projects assigned.
• Preparation of the project schedule.
• Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the interior fit out design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
• Ensure all site works are performed in line with the program, agreed quality plan, company QHSE policy and procedures.
• Take charge on the labor, material and equipment expenses.
• Assess and develop constructability reviews and site logistic plans, ensuring timely and correct delivery of materials and installation equipment to site and that all equipment, plant and tools are third party tested and certified as required.
• Ensure site surveys are carried out and reports are issued to main contractor.
• Ensure completion of projects accordingly to schedule
• In addition to project management, the Project Manager may also be involved in identifying new business opportunities (for the Interiors Division, including Retail, Commercial, Interior Facades, and Lighting) and build on new and existing relationships. Build relationships with both local and international clients who currently or potentially have projects in the region.



Requirements:

• Able to satisfy EITHER of the requirement for our Company to secure a construction license, in particular;
o licensed as either (a) Construction Work Technician (“CWT”, “건설기술인”) with entry-level or above in the field of construction
according to the Construction Technology Promotion Act, or (b) Technicians qualified in the relevant area under the National
Technical Qualification Act.
OR
o licensed as either (a) CWT with entry-level or above in mechanical, civil engineering, and architectural fields under the
Construction Technology Promotion Act, or (b) Technicians qualified in the relevant area under the National Technical
Qualification Act.

• With experience in the construction or interior fit outs/architectural services industry
• Experience in sales/business generation in the sector would be an advantage
• Ability to identify customer construction needs, effectively communicate solutions, and position 회사 as provider of
choice.
• Strong verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and positive business relationships.
• Occasional travel may be required
• Native Korean speaker
• Business English is a must as we are an international company and since this position will require working with several subsidiaries in the Group
