[Roles & Responsibilities]
1. Product Leadership and Representation:
• Act as the internal Product Leader of the regional business team, representing the Voice of the Customer and Business Interests.
• Work with key internal stakeholders (product managers, operations, regulatory, finance, sales, customer success) to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans.
vWork with regional business leaders to formulate business models that are well-aligned with the unique needs and preferences of the region.

2. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
• Conduct in-depth market segmentation analysis focused on the nuances of the regional market.
• Digest product-related clinical papers and establish the product value proposition tailored to the specific region.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that are finely tuned to resonate with the target audience in the region, with a specific focus on promoting INSIGHT products within that market.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate key product performance metrics, ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively meeting the demands and expectations of the regional market.

3. Market Intelligence and Liaison:
• Provide dedicated support and timely updates for sales materials associated with the INSIGHT product portfolio within the designated region.
• Create and refine essential sales collateral, including product presentation decks and matrices, to cater to the specific needs and preferences of the regional market.

4. CPQ Processes:
• Take ownership of CPQ processes within the region, supporting regional sales representatives in Product Configuration, Pricing, and Quotation activities that are tailored to the unique requirements of the regional market.

"Requirements"
[Qualifications]
• 5+ years of professional experience in the APAC(excl. Korea) Medical Imaging Market.
• specifically APAC (excl. Korea): Japan, SEA, ANZ, etc.
• Proficient in English.
• Overall understanding of the healthcare industry and passion for artificial intelligence.
• Deep understanding of the Medical Imaging Industry in the APAC market.
• Strong analytical skills from marketing, business, and financial standpoints.
• Strong team-orientated mind with demonstrated ability to both lead and follow cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial work ethic; Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to understand, assimilate, and communicate complex scientific information.

[Preferred Experiences]
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Min. 5 years experience in product specialist/application specialist functions in the MedTech / Medical Imaging industry.
• Project engagement and management experience.
• Strategic thinking and logical approach.
