Key purpose of role:

Provide all stakeholders a
clear view on market, fan engagement, fandom, and company performance on the
key performance indicators

Operate as a partner to
marketing, A&R (artists and repertoire), and finance functions to ensure
that business decisions are data driven and impactful to the business.

Understanding drivers of
our KPIs and help focus the organization on key levers of value creation
·
Support the regional
evolution of data-driven strategies and embed the new systems, process and
tools to the market.
·
Help discover exciting
artists, guide marketing priorities to help them break through, and grow and
deepen their fandom to build profitable artist rosters
About the job:

Ensure that market share goals and strategic objectives are met, and that
strategy is iterated depending on business/market evolution
·
Employ best-in-class
project management to deliver strategic projects in market or regional collaboration
·
Drive weekly after-action
reviews and action plan development and ensure local leadership teams are
executing on recommendations to facilitate continuous improvement
·
Build or roll out tools and
dashboards for performance diagnostics and decision support
·
Provide useful insights &
analytics based on streaming or CRM data to regional and local management teams
to help them better understand performance drivers and levers
·
Translate quantitative data and findings into actionable recommendations,
with influencing skills that change attitudes and behaviours
·
Collaborate with marketing,
A&R (artists and repertoire), and finance functions in defining setting
priorities, benchmarks, and shaping business plans
·
Inform data strategy, define
requirements for data processing automation and architecture
·
Collaborate with Analytics professionals across the Asia region to
ideate, define project priorities, and sharing knowledge and best practices
·
Dive deep on key drivers, be right a lot and do so with a high bias for
action
