글로벌기업 OpEx Manager

▣ 채용 포지션 : Operational Excellence Manager 차부장급

Major Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the Operational excellence acivity to improve site operation performance
2. Develop site operatinal excellence stratey and operating plan.
3. Partner with business unit OpEx to determine OpEx activity plans and priorities
4. Build the continuos imporvment culture to increase operational excellence maturity in site with other departments. (e.g. Manufacuring, Quality, Supply chain, Purchasing, Engineering)
5. Drive the oveall cost saving project in site to achieve the annul CIP/PPV saving target
6. Manage and coorniate the 6 sigma projects / lean projects
7. Supervise and develop staff, Ensure appropriate training and education is provided for highly qulified staff, providing on-going performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.
8. Manage annual department budget


Basic Qualifications | Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required /MBA or MOT is preferred
- Minimum 12 years related work experience
- Proficiency in the English communication
- Extensive experience of lean project and six sigma project
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
