The job will work with the Atmus global IT teams and vendors to support
IT infrastructure and the applications for Atmus business in South Korea.
The job will spend about 70% on the support and coordination on the
infrastructure and 30% on the support and coordination on the applications.
The key activities on the infrastructure side
include:
Coordinate with the vendor and support the
networking, meeting devices and printers.
Coordinate with the vendor and support the end user
devices and core Infrastructure like windows, Linux, VMWare, etc.
Coordinate with the vendor and support the manufacturing infrastructure.
IT contract negotiations with local vendors and
management.
And
Etc.
The applications will be: the Oracle Ebiz supply chain, manufacturing,
Oracle fusion planning and Oracle finance cloud, etc.
The key activities on the application:
Coordinate with the vendor support team to fix the
production issues.
Business requirement definition.
Testing & validation with business for issue
resolution
And
etc.
Key qualifications
and experience:
Minimum 3 years working experience in the
infrastructure.
Experience working on a Global 24x7 Organization.
(Must be comfortable with remote management of service personal.)
Experience with IT contract negotiations and vendor
management.
Experience with IT Manufacturing infrastructure.
Experience with Core Infrastructure (Windows and
Linux Servers, VMWare, etc.).
Working knowledge of Networking (LAN, WAN,
Security) including by not limited to TCP/IP, Route/Switch/Firewall
Technologies & Troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes around
Incident, Change, and Problem management.
- Experience
and knowledge on Oracle Application Ebiz distribution and manufacturing
modules, Oracle Fusion planning, Oracle finance cloud will be a plus.
- Knowledges
on Oracle SQL query will be plus.
