Global Graduate Trainee (변압기 사업부/천안/정규직전환가능)

1. Technical contribution 

   Designs engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to specification.

   Contributes to design reviews and design verification, modifies design as necessary. 

2. Contract management

   Identifies variation requests to support contract claims.

3. Planning and control

   Follows work plans and cost estimates for work in one’s area of responsibility and ensures quality
   deliverables on time  and at targeted cost. 

4. Risk and opportunity management

   Completes risk and opportunity assessments and the implementation of resulting actions in one’s area of
   responsibility 
   Reports any contract/quality/program/cost issues to management for resolution.

5. Customer

   Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of design assignments. 

6. Supply chain management

   Collaborates with the supply chain function, reviews vendor documentation, prepares RFQs, provides design
   related evaluation of proposals for standard materials and equipment.

7. Technical leadership and knowledge sharing

   Assists in communication with customer pertaining to specific project design assignments or meetings.

8. Processes and tools

   Uses standard processes and tools, assists in developing new processes and tools for reuse of technical
solutions.

9. People leadership and development

   Provides support and direction for entry level team members, which may include trainees and interns. 

Knowledge & Skill

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent 

2. Entry or Around 2-5 years’ experience working in Electrical majored. 

3. Experience on Microsoft office and tools. 

4. Good communication skills in English Language in oral and written form. 

5. Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world. 

6. Demonstrated team building skills, would be a preference.
