Strategic Financial Leadership: - Development and execution of a robust financial strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals. - Developing, planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote growth. - Conducting market research and analysis to inform business plans on commercial opportunities and understand future threats. - Enhanced financial performance through effective business partnering and financial analysis. - Serve as a trusted advisor to the market executive team, providing strategic financial guidance and insight. - Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives. - Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic plan. - Finance controlling experiences - Support and provide key analytics to drive accurate budgeting and forecasting by partnering with the business to provide insights and assumptions which will shape future financial plans. 2. Business Partnership: - Collaborate with department heads across Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Development and People & Culture to provide financial insights that drive decision-making and business performance. - Support business units in developing and evaluating business cases for new initiatives, ensuring they are financially sound and aligned with strategic priorities. - Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to the executive team. - Monitoring the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting back to the senior management team. - Timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support executive decision-making. 3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: - Oversee the preparation of regular insights reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors. - Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost management, and investment appraisal. - Provide analysis and reporting support on key commercial projects within each of the business units but most notably Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain. - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 4. Commercial Contracting and Partnerships: - Lead the negotiation and management of commercial contracts, ensuring terms deliver significant value and are aligned with business objectives. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial agreements, identifying opportunities for improvement and value creation. 5. Risk Management and Compliance: - Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are in place. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. - Oversee internal and external audits, addressing any issues and implementing recommendations. 6. Team Leadership and Development: - Lead and mentor the Commercial Finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization. - Ensure the finance team has the skills and capabilities to support the company’s strategic objectives
자격요건 ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상 ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑ - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. - Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a commercial environment. - Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness. - Experience in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies that align with the corporate aims of the business. - A deep understanding of business operations, finances, sales and marketing tactics and market conditions. - Demonstrated experience in business partnering with executive teams and influencing strategic decisions. - Experience in contract negotiation and management. - In-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector, financial regulations and compliance requirements in South Korea. - Strong attention to detail, achievement orientation, organisational and leadership ability to guide the business to achieve business goals. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to enable them to work collaboratively with key shareholders, both within the business and externally. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
