[주요 업무]

1.      Creatives (Visual) directing

2.      Develop short- and long-term creatives strategy for Kakao gift channel in line with Brand guide.

3.      Ensure to be presented on Kakao with best quality highlighting visual, theme, copy and RTB (Reason To Buy).

4.      Plan renewal of product/brand pages with prioritization

5.      Alignment of Brands’ consolidated annual, quarterly and monthly campaign calendars for Kakao

6.      Adapt brand requirements for Kakao campaigns, with priority consensus.

7.      Understand 1-2 years product pipeline by brand.

8.      Trend Analysis

9.      In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms, not only Kakao but also including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and their respective best practices for content creation.

10.   Lead execution through local agency(ices)

11.   Budget, Resource and Agency Management

[자격 요건]

1.      University-level education or equivalent (Art/Design preferred)

2.      Minimum 6+ years’ experience in E-commerce/digital/creative directing

3.      Excellent Written & Spoken English

4.      Experience managing on-set creative direction.

5.      Creative agency working experience, beauty/ fashion/ sports/ consumer goods/ electronics/ EC clients & industry background preferred.

6.      Experience in the beauty or fashion or media / entertainment category either from the brand or retail perspective. Luxury experience
