Objective:
Work closely
with General Manager and Key Account Manager to provide product and solutions
that meet customer specifications.
Primary Responsibilities include the
following, other duties may be assigned:

Identify NORMA Group portfolio of products and brands, the target product
ranges that fits to the market needs. Establish rapport and build long-term
relationship with customers.

Attend to sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation to closing of sales,
conduct cold calls, follow-up on customer order and delivery.
·
Prepare financial plans including forecasting and budgeting and the 5-year
strategic plan.
·
Negotiate and manage with customers on new projects and existing business.
·
Handle sales of company’s range of industrial products in Korea.
·
Assist in developing marketing initiatives to promote sales of industrial products.
·
Assist in ad-hoc tasks which might be assigned from time to time.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This
position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: · Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position and environment. · Experience in or setting up Automotive and Industry customers. · Previous experience working in a multi-national company will be an advantage.
Other Skills and Abilities: · A confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills within an international manufacturing environment. · Strong written and spoken English is a must. · An independent self-starter who is able to deliver within tight deadlines. · Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and to close deals. · Ability to respond promptly and effectively to pressures within a dynamic commercial environment. · Desire to learn, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity. · Proficient in the use of standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office). · Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment. · Possess own vehicle is an advantage.
