1. Manage the site projects to ensure all key business projects in site level are delivered target output on-time, within scope and within budget, in order to meet the business requirements (Site project will be for manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply, engineering, development, etc.)2. Collaborate with headquarters to project and priority3. Coordinate the functional project leader, internal stakeholders for the execution of multiple projects. (including Regulatory, Marketing and Commercial, Engineering, quality, Packaging, Purchasing and Procurement team)4. As project manager, (1) Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure the resource availability and allocation. (2) Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. (3) Report the project status and escalate to management as needed , (4) Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs(5) Measure performance and risk management by project management tools(6) Create and maintain project documentation. | | | | |
