What the day will look likeㆍBeing responsible for leading the servicing of existing clients, increasing client intimacy and driving new treaty and reinsurance opportunitiesㆍEnsure robust client plans are in place for clientsㆍExecuting treaty contracts via reinsurer negotiation and placementㆍEngaging with client prospects and reinsurers across all client levels ㆍLeading and executing strategic initiatives to achieve targeted growthㆍDelivering the best of Aon United to clientsㆍExercising leadership and innovation for the benefit of the team
Skills and experience that will lead to successㆍMinimum 10 years’ broking experience in reinsurance industryㆍExcellent network in insurance and reinsurance marketㆍBusiness insight, strategic mindset and people leadership experience ㆍAble to independently deal with internal and external stakeholdersㆍExcellent networking and relationship skillsㆍExcellent team-working skills and interpersonal skills
