공통 자격요건

1. Education

- Science or Medical background as pharmacist, post graduate level science degree

2. Experience & knowledge

- Knowledge and experience in relevant work scope 2~ 5 years (우대사항/ JR고려가능)

- Experience in the cardiovascular area is preferred.

3. Languages

- Intermediate level of spoken and written in English

4. Soft & Technical skills

- Good communication/Presentation skills.

- Open-mindedness, respect to people, team spirit, and willingness to work transversally

- Compliance and integrity.

MSL 1명

[Key Accountability]

1. Scientific Engagement and Exchange

1) Acting as partners, MSLs identify areas of mutual collaboration, developing and implementing strategic medical action plans aligned to the Country Medical Plan.

2) MSLs communicate in an accurate, fair and balanced manner, the benefits, risks, appropriate use and clinical value of our products and solutions.

2. Insight Generation.

1) generate and share actionable and valuable insights and propose solutions/actions in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate tools available.

2) gather data, facts and observations on the external healthcare environment towards generating internal insights.

3. Internal Collaboration

1) work closely with their office based medical counterpart to shape, develop and coexecute the Country Medical Plan.

2) develop and maintain an internal stakeholder network. MSLs provide scientific and technical support towards material development (aligned with relevant policies) for internal and external stakeholders, where applicable.

3) provide scientific support for internal functions such as commercial, market access, regulatory/PV and R&D regarding scientific trainings and updates.

4. Supporting Evidence Generation

1) support development and execution of clinical trials. MSLs identify potential data sources and develop partnerships for RWE.

- 근무형태: 맨파워 소속 파견계약직 (휴직대체)

- 근무지: 서울 서초구, 고속터미널역 인근 도보 3분 이내
