[외국계기업] Field Sales - Account Manager

OBJECTIVES (GOALS)

The account manager handles important accounts (> 2 stars account) for the company acting as a lead point of contact. The account manager is responsible for nurturing and sustaining customer relationships to deliver clients and corporate goals.

DUTIES

• Grow existing business with existing large and new accounts (business annual value about > 4~5 stars account)
• Focus on long-term customer retention and value-generating activity, not only as a short-term mono-transactional revenue generator.
• Strong focus on solutions business for value-added business.
• Effective execution of sales processes FIND-WIN-KEEP: lead and opportunity management, real-time and high-quality use of current CRM system (e.g. SF.COM) and timely and accurate forecasting processes (sales & demand planning)
• Understanding corporate, buying/sales strategy (own and customers’) and facilitating alignment with each key customer


REQUIREMENT FOR MAJOR/QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields


REQUIREMENT

• > 3 years in relevant industry.
• Preferred English speaking.
• Deep vision of market insight including technology trends and competition
• Goal-oriented / Ability to achieve targets.
• Preferred knowledge of Salesforce.
• Competition analysis / Strategic thinking / Taking initiatives.
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt and take on new tasks and responsibilities in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.


REPORTING

This position reports directly to the Sales manager.
