About the role
We are seeking an entry level Training Coordinator who can
bring a combination of creativity, enthusiasm and energy to our team. The
selected candidate will be expected to schedule and arrange a wide variety of
internal/external training activities.
You will be responsible for the following tasks, but not
limited to:
ㆍManage participants in LMS;
ㆍManage and coordinate all training activities including
blocking of dates, training rooms at the office, hotel or customer sites,
printing, photocopying of training materials, issuance of training certificates
to participants;
ㆍCompile list of participants and trainers per training;
ㆍReview, collect and follow up on pending payments.
Note: this is a time-limited position(approximately 20
months but it can be adjusted in pursuant to business needs)
About you
Required:
ㆍ1 year of relevant working experience & experience in
learning management systems is a plus(i.e. NGPS, LMS, Oracle Finance);
ㆍCommitment to deliver highest quality service to clients;
ㆍCustomer-focused and consultative style of addressing issues
and solutions;
Preferred:
ㆍManaging complex schedules by meeting deadlines in a fast
paced environment with a minimum supervision;
ㆍStrong communication & interpersonal skills;
ㆍProficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power
Point)
ㆍGood English language skills in both written and speaking;
ㆍExcellent at prioritizing given tasks;
ㆍProactive and self-driven at work.
