[제조/신제품개발] NPI Development Manager

A global semiconductor company is looking for an NPI Development Manager. The selected candidate will oversee project planning, market research, and stakeholder communication for new product introductions.

Responsibilities:

• Define the scope and objectives of NPI projects
• Set up timelines and assign projects to internal stakeholders
• Discuss NPI development based on BTP process and customer requirements
• Communicate customer technology and roadmap with the U.S. team
• Provide market trend and analysis reports
• Coordinate and manage NPI requirements through regular meetings
• Collaborate among US, Technical, and Sales teams
• Review and submit NPI quotations
• Provide quarterly analysis reports on NPI project progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry/process/equipment
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent level English
