Nova is looking for a team leader to support our business and drive its growth.

As a Field Service Team Leader,
you will play a pivotal role in Field Service Team, contributing to the overall
success of Nova Korea. This position offers an exciting opportunity for

Role
•
Managing the day-to-day
activities of the team.

Developing and implementing a

Prepare weekly reports to

Requirement

Education: Bachelor's or
master’s in engineering or relevant field.
•
Experience: 8+ years of
Technical / Experience in Semi-conductor industry.

Knowledge: Understanding of
semiconductor tech and vacuum chamber experience.
•
Flexibility: Flexible response
to company's various needs
•
Language: Proficient in
English, both written and verbal.
Advantage

2-3 years of managerial
experience is a plus
•
A wealth of knowledge in
machine learning – an advantage to lead the team members

Fluent English – an advantage
to solve or collaborate with HQ

Previous experience in the
Semiconductor industry – an advantage of new technology learning
