■ Create and develop sales performance
– Plans daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
– Create a time efficient plan
– Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events
– Identifies and analyzes customer needs and develops commercial talking points
– Develop rapport with hospital staff, including surgeons
– Distributors sales management
■ Distributors Training
– Educates the sales representatives from the distributors
■ Communication
– Communicates with marketing team and all stakeholders clearly and efficiently
■ Collect and Survey
– Collect and survey on the market information
– Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
