A global market research company is looking for an Account Director. The selected candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, drive business growth, and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth for a portfolio of clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Design, execute, and present research studies to address innovation-related business issues
• Engage with senior-level clients to align solutions with business goals
• Lead and manage training programs and thought leadership initiatives
• Analyse data to uncover consumer insights
• Use tools to assess innovation and estimate financial potential
• Present research findings and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate deliverables
• Manage a team of analysts and managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, social sciences, business management, or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in market research or related field
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio and delivering sales results
• Experience in client servicing and managing large accounts
• Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce, MSD)
• Excellent analytical and consultative skills
• Proficient in verbal and written English
