[IT/전략] Associate Director Strategic Partnerships

An international online travel company is looking for an Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships. The selected candidate will define and execute growth strategies, manage partnerships, and drive commercial targets.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute growth strategy for partnership business
• Deliver on commercial and profitability targets
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key partners
• Lead team-wide innovations and improvements
• Influence and manage internal stakeholders to achieve business impact
• Coordinate with top management on strategic planning and resource allocation
• Communicate business updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years’ experience driving cross-functional initiatives
• Practical experience in general management in online industry, project management, or consulting
• Prior account management and business development experience
• Experience in or strong connection with online travel, e-commerce, or metasearch preferred
• Previous international experience is preferred
• Possess a valid MBA qualification
• Fluent level Korean and English
