[Mission] Brand Group is part of HQ Marketing Team playing a key role in setting the strategic direction for the growth of global CJ brand (bibigo etc.), and guide & support different markets to absorb and execute the strategy & guideline.
[Roles] - Brand Ambition/ Strategy: Develop a long-range brand vision, growth glidepath, innovation framework/ pipeline, brand growth strategy based on landscaped analysis and consumer insights. - Annual Brand Plan: Develop Global Annual Brand Plan including global initiatives, marketing calendar and spending priorities. - Brief, steward & approve global initiative: Brief creative development work and media planning for global initiatives to IMX/ agency partners and approve final execution plans. - Brand governance and performance tracking: Govern global brand execution to maintain consistency and track, analyze results for improvement. - Pilot global innovation: Pilot and scale up new global innovation opportunities that drive new trial, increased purchase frequency and basket size.
[Requirements] - Work experience: Min 7 years of Marketing experience and expertise. - Cross-cultural Competency: Ability to understand and navigate cultural differences and nuances for various regions and demographics. - Cross-functional & country team collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional and country teams. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new trends and to adjust strategies accordingly and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written Korean / English communication skills.
