·       Maintain a list of active/open customer issues prepare reports, maintain records, organize files regarding products and customer’s activities.

·       Submit regular quality documents (quality reports) receiving from suppliers, and reports to customers.

·       Maintain the measurement devices in the Lab, conduct annual calibration, measure parts inspection.

·       Be responsible for the handling of nonconforming materials from incoming or outgoing inspection, drive containment/ corrective and preventive actions to reduce the cost of poor quality.

·       Support co-worker’s activities together and performs other related tasks as assigned.

·       Work with quality team members together as a one team. (Above things don’t not work alone.)

·       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.

·       Familiarity with metal product manufacturing process especially for forging, heat-treatment, plating Process.

·       Minimum 5 years of quality work experience including Quality Management system (IS09001, IATF16949) in automotive manufacturing field.

·       Fully understand about Core tool (APQP, C/P, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and HKMC SQ, VDA6.3 etc.

·       Written and speaking skill in English, and communication skills with customers, suppliers, and team members.

·       A person who respects others and respects the work of colleagues and work hard on the given tasks with courtesy.
