Manager: APAC Hardware Service Manager, Korea
Job Summary
Responsible for comprehensive hardware support,
including installations, repairs, maintenance, and regulatory compliance, among
other related tasks. This position oversees responsibilities in Korea and other
countries within the APAC region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
(Additional duties may be assigned depending on
experience)
• Build and
develop equipment service and implementation capabilities required by the
business to support an expanding customer mix. • Assist and coordinate with customers throughout the equipment’s lifecycle,
from pre-installation to preventive maintenance and repair, offering support
both virtually and on-site as needed. • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the business’s equipment
portfolio, encompassing both hardware and software aspects, which includes
repair, preventive maintenance, servicing, and software updates. • Oversee the equipment management process for both customer-owned and
loaner devices. • Ensure all equipment adhere to the highest quality standards and comply
with regulatory mandates. • Foster and manage relationships with third-party service providers,
focusing on their training and development. • Deliver service support to the APAC region, addressing technical
challenges in collaboration with individual country teams.
Qualifications
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or
higher in engineering is preferred.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
• In depth knowledge and hands-on experience on
diagnostic/testing equipment
• A relevant certificate or license is
advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to
travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service
skills.
• Effective written and spoken interpersonal
skills in English
• Self-motivated and willing to take challenges
to new technology
• Good personality with creative, aggressive,
hands-on working style
• Experience in many product presentations and
complaint handling

[자격요건] • 학사이상. 컴퓨터, 전기,전자 및 기계 또는 관련 공학 전공하신 분 • 3년 이상의 관련 경력 있는 분(혹은 관련 교육 및 훈련에 상응하는 분) • 진단/테스트 장비에 대한 지식 및 실무 경험이 있는 분 • 비지니스 영어 소통이 가능한 분 • MS Office 활용이 가능한 분 • 운전 면허증 소지한 분
