-Responsibilities
1. Craft and Execute Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that embodies the gallery's spirit and the unique voices of its artists.
2. Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage compelling content across all platforms, including social media, previews, and exhibition press releases.
3. Collaboration with Artists and Team: Work closely with artists and the customer relations team to create content that resonates and inspires.
4. Content Impact Analysis: Analyze content performance and refine strategies to ensure continuous improvement and engagement with customers and the public.
5. Stay Informed and Innovative: Stay updated on artists' practices and bring fresh, innovative ideas to highlight their work.

2. 콘텐츠 제작 및 관리: 다양한 플랫폼을 통해 배포될 전시 또는 아트페어 관련 자료, 전시회 보도 자료 등 매력적인 콘텐츠를 제작하고 관리합니다.
3. 작가 및 팀과의 협업: 작가 또는 고객 관계 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 공감을 불러일으킬 수 있는 아름다운 콘텐츠를 제작합니다.
4. 콘텐츠 성과 분석: 콘텐츠 성과를 분석하고 고객 및 대중과의 지속적인 관계 개선 및 능동적 참여를 촉진하기 위한 전략을 수정 또는 조정합니다.
5. 정보 및 혁신 유지: 작가들의 최신 작업 활동에 대해 관심을 갖고 인지하며, 그들의 작업을 조명할 수 있는 신선하고 혁신적인 아이디어를 제안합니다.

-What We Are Looking For
1. Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Art, Art History, or a related major.
2. Experience: 1-3 year(s) of experience in content development, preferably within the art or creative industries.
3. Personality: A creative, collaborative, and strategic thinker with a strong passion for contemporary art.
4. Skills: Strong storytelling abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in various content creation tools. Written proficiency in both Korean and English is a must.
5. Competencies: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
6. Work Ethic and Empathy: A strong work ethic and a genuine sense of empathy to work harmoniously with artists, colleagues, and clients.

6. 근면성과 공감능력: 높은 수준의 근면성과 정직함, 예술가, 동료와 조화롭게 일할 수 있고 및 대중과 소통할 수 있는 공감 능력. 포토그래퍼, 영상 디자이너, 그래픽 디자이너 등 다양한 사람들과의 부드러운 소통 능력.
