The Head of Digital
Strategy, Korea, will oversee high level digital marketing campaigns at Warner
Music Korea. The position will be responsible for developing campaigns that
build artist social followings and engagement, and drive music consumption across
all digital spaces. As a digital expert in all things social you will create
the prime destination for artists to showcase their music and deliver impactful
fan-centric campaigns that deepen the connection between the artist and the fan
and drive market share.
Here you’ll get to:

Supervise the development and
execution of high-level groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns and build
growth strategies for both established and developing artists in the music
space, leading to follower growth and consumption

Monitor campaigns in real-time, making
recommendations for continuous improvement. Create post-mortem analyses to
quantify the impact of each campaign and measure effectiveness of each tactic
·
Create and implement effective and new
experiences for fans and audiences utilizing technology with existing and new
digital platforms, with measured KPIs to validate the success of each campaign
·
Collaborate with internal teams
including Audience, Content and Digital Accounts to build cohesive
cross-platform campaigns
·
Guide the day-to-day social media
strategy, website, and CRM strategies for a designated roster of artists and
the Warner Music Korea social accounts with a focus on driving fan engagement,
and music consumption
·
Manage key relationships with external
DSP and platform partners to maximize exposure, and support fan growth for our
artists
·
Establish and manage the Audience and
CRM ecosystem to drive impactful fan communications, qualified data collection
and compliant usage, driving additional insights and marketing levers to our
regional teams and affiliates
·
Partner with internal creatives and
external creators to develop high-performing short-form content for Warner Music
Group artists
·
Partner with paid marketing and media
agencies to deliver impactful innovative campaigns at scale for priority
artists
·
Work with our Insights team to profile
our online audiences, building digital marketing strategies based on that
demographic and psychographic data
·
Build and maintain relationships with
platform partners and participate in regular update meetings
