[주요업무]
● 전략수립 및 실행
적절한 허브 및 글로벌 카테고리 팀과 협력하고 이러한 팀과 협력하여 현지 비즈니스 요구 사항과 시장 정보를 제공하여 효과적인 지역 및 글로벌 협업 전략 수립 및 실행을 지원합니다.
책임 범위 내에서 여러 지출 범주에 대한 글로벌 소싱 전략을 실행하여 진정한 글로벌 마인드로 운영하고 모든 해당 LOC 또는 지역 차원이 수용되도록 합니다.
글로벌 전략이 현지 시장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 명확히 이해하고 지역 조달 리드 및 사업부를 위한 교육 및 커뮤니케이션 프로세스를 구축합니다.
책임 범위 내에서 지출 범주의 현지 전문가가 됩니다.

현지 Haleon 이해관계자와 전략적 관계를 구축하고, 비즈니스 요구사항을 이해하고, 가치를 창출할 수 있는 기회를 파악하고, 조달의 가치 제안을 포지셔닝합니다. 그에 따라 소싱 전략을 조정합니다.
주요 이해관계자와 비즈니스 파트너가 전략 개발을 지원하고, 권장 전략을 승인하고, 실행을 지원하며, 혜택 제공 예산이 어떻게 책정될 것인지에 대해 동의하도록 영향력을 행사합니다.

● 외부 공급자 관계
Haleon이 글로벌하게 기회를 극대화할 수 있는 공급업체와의 효과적인 계약을 실행하고 관리합니다. 공급업체 협상에 대한 글로벌 관점을 확보합니다.
강력한 성과 관리 프로세스를 통해 범주의 현지 공급 기반을 관리하고 공급업체의 성과를 파악하고 측정합니다.
공급자와 헤일론 네트워크 및 지리를 통한 효과적인 프로세스 및 통신 캐스케이드를 보장하기 위해 위의 국가 공급자 조직 구조와 지역 및 지역 네트워크 사이에 적절한 프로세스 및 통신 링크가 존재하는지 확인합니다.

● Strategy creation & execution
Align with appropriate Hub and Global category teams and work in collaboration with these teams to provide local business requirements and market information to support effective collaborative regional and global strategy creation and execution.
Execute global sourcing strategies for multiple spend categories in scope of responsibility, operating with a truly global mindset and ensuring all applicable LOC or regional dimensions are accommodated.
Have a clear understanding of how global strategies affect local markets and build an education & communication process for regional Procurement leads and business units.
Be the local expert in the spend categories within scope of responsibility.

● Benefit delivery
Ensure financial benefits are managed in accordance with the Spend Management framework approach, ensuring business unit and Finance agreement to financial value delivered and transparency on treatment of benefits in the budgeting process.
Create and deliver effective budgets (Plans of Purchase) agreed with key stakeholders and Finance in accordance with the Spend Management framework.

● Business partnering & stakeholder management
Build strategic relationships with local Haleon stakeholders, to understand business requirements, identify opportunities to create value and to position Procurement’s value proposition. Align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Influence key stakeholders and business partners to support strategy development, endorse recommended strategies, support execution, and agree how benefit delivery will be budgeted.

● External supplier relationships
Execute and manage effective contracts with suppliers that will allow Haleon to maximize opportunity globally. Ensure global views on supplier negotiations are taken.
Manage the local supply base for the categories within scope through a robust performance management process. Ensure supplier performance is understood and measured.
Ensure suitable processes and communication links exist between above country supplier organization structures and local & regional networks to ensure effective process and communication cascade through supplier and Haleon network and geographies.

Reports to Procurement Senior Manager in Japan
Financial spend responsibility is approximately £30 million
Stakeholder interface is typically Managers/Senior Mangers/Leadership Team level with a medium complexity network

[자격요건]
Minimum 7 years of indirect procurement field experience

[우대사항]
Direct or CMO procurement experience
MBA, MCIPS (or US/International equivalents)
Demonstrated expertise in cross functional projects is required, particularly with respect to developing & implementing significant strategies, stakeholder management and supplier relationship management
Demonstrated experience in influencing strategy and managing within a LOC (across countries within a region) and business units
