담담업무Sales Manager

- Cost structure, technical proposal for mainly painting, sealing, gluing robot, material supply system, painting industrial product and as well as applications.

- To achieve and maintain a high level of technical and commercial knowledge of divisional products

- Receipt and recording of enquiries, the subsequent compilation and approval of all quotations through to the presentation of client proposals.

- Review and report regularly on projects, sales and marketing activities

- Develop relationships with key customers and manager.

- Establish effective internal global communications regarding customers, products and services in order to maximize engineering and sales effectiveness.

- Collation, publication and distribution of promotional and technical literature to clients and internal personnel.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of company customer service, development objectives and company image as per changeable business environment.
자격조건

- At least 10~ years experiences in the business field

- Understanding of automotive painting, sealing, gluing and industrial painting and battery gluing systems.

- Knowledge of the automotive and general industry, its markets, and its customers.

- Commercial background and negotiating skills

- Strong sales and marketing know-how

- Strong experiences of operating integrator or distributers.

- Self-starter with ability to lead and motivate a team

- Experience working in cross-functional teams with application engineering and operations groups relative to the application of products and execution of projects is desirable.

- Creativity and attention to detail needed to develop project bid alternates unique providing a competitive advantage

- Experience with SAP and/or other Engineering Data Management systems is preferred.

- Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

- High commitment and hard working attitude, cost awareness

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the Korean and English command
